Guest access You will have access to the entire main house and the small yard. Other things to note ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: • Minimum Age Requirement: Must be 25 years of age or older to book. Message us if you’d like to discuss potential exceptions. • ID Requirement: A picture of photo ID may be required upon booking. • Incidental Deposit: An incidental deposit (fully refundable) may be required upon booking. • Security: Exterior security cameras monitor movement 24/7 for added peace of mind. • The basement suite is currently rented and occupied. The guests in that space do not have access to the area where you will be staying, and vice versa, ensuring your privacy.
