ROOM #4 at Flamboyan Guest House is located on the second floor and on the side of the building. This room offers partial views of the Caribbean Sea from the Private Balcony, Private Bathroom, One Queen Bed (New Mattress 3/5/25), A/C, Hot water, Mini Fridge, Keurig (coffee), WIFI (Speed averages from 28 - 40 Mbps), a cooler, beach chairs & towels. IMPORTANT: Our Guest house is located in a very lively and energetic area. There is potential for outside noise that we are unable to control. The space Our guest house has two entrances with stairs that you may enter through. Private parking lot available for rental vehicles. The room is located above our restaurant called Duffy's. Enjoy the Incredible views of the Caribbean Sea from your private porch. Your room is equipped beach chairs, beach towels, and an Igloo cooler. Ice is free of charge to only fill the cooler in your room. Proceed downstairs to the restaurant and ask an employee to assist you to obtain ice. Ice is only available during our restaurants operating hours. The common area of the guest house has coffee and a microwave available. Your room has cups, plates, and cutlery. The building is walking distance to breakfast and dinner restaurants along with bars, shops, and of course BEACHES! Please message us for inquiries about snorkel gear. Guest access Guests can access their own private patio with views of the Caribbean, private parking lot, sun set viewing deck - located in our restaurant below guest house, out door shower, and of course....the beaches! During your stay Check in is anytime after 4pm. If you plan to arrive earlier than this we can hold your luggage until the room becomes available. We arrive on property at 11am. Other things to note Please Note: Flamboyan Guesthouse is located in the heart of Esperanza’s vibrant Cultural District, where the energy and charm of the area come alive! As this is a lively neighborhood, there may be some noise that is beyond our control. The excitement is especially heightened during weekends, holidays and special events, including: • Thanksgiving • Christmas • New Year’s Eve • Three Kings Day • Spring Break • Carnival • Patronales • Semana Santa / Easter Our property sits on the main road across from the water and bars, similar to a bustling “strip,” with plenty of foot and car traffic. While this is part of the unique appeal of our location, we understand that it may not suit everyone. We encourage you to review guest feedback for a better understanding of the occasional street noise. To ensure you are fully informed, we will remind you about the potential for noise both in our welcome message and again in our check-in instructions. Finally, please understand that cancellations due to noise during your stay will not be refunded. However, we are happy to assist you in finding alternative accommodations if needed. We recommend embracing the lively atmosphere, joining in the fun, and experiencing all the local culture and festivities that Esperanza has to offer! We also provide ear plugs, a stand up fan and white noise machine. WIFI Our wifi is reliable and works great for most needs with speeds ranging from 28Mbps t0 40Mbps. That said, since we live on an island, there are occasional moments when the speed might not be as fast as to what you are used to on the mainland. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
