The morning breeze from the terrace garden is simply mesmerizing—a must-experience during your visit. A 24x7 dedicated power back back up is installed for seamless stay of our guests. P.S. The open terrace is the designated smoking area. Please note that smoking inside the house incurs a fine of Rs. 5000 per offense. House cleaning charges 200 per visit. Please pay the same to my caretaker directly. Guest access During your stay, the entire apartment is yours to enjoy, with no interruptions as long as house rules are respected. Kimika is located on the terrace, accessible via the lift up to the 4th floor, followed by just 10 steps to reach your heavenly retreat. Parking for one car is complimentary within the building's premises. If you need to accommodate additional vehicles, please let me know in advance, and I’ll be happy to assist! Other things to note PLEASE BE EXTRA CAREFUL. PUTTING FOREIGN THINGS LIKE ROSE PETALS OR FLOATING STUFF TOYS IN THE BATHTUB IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED! Doing so can attract penalty of upto Rs 5000! We thoroughly check our bedsheets and sofa for any stains at the time of checkout. Guest is liable for any stains on the same. Please be mindful that my neighbors prefer a quiet environment at night. To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, keep all balcony doors closed if you’re playing mellow music inside, and avoid loud conversations on the balcony, especially in the evening. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house; it is only allowed on the front balcony, with a fine of Rs. 5000 for any violations. Smoking or Hookah or sheesha is also permitted in Terrace garden only .
