Tall concrete walls separate the pool areas, ensuring privacy for each villa. The space Bedrooms: One queen bed and a king single lounge bed that can be used if you are 3 people, ensuring a comfortable stay. Private Pool: Enjoy exclusive access to your very own 4x2m private pool, perfect for a refreshing dip any time of day. Pool color might appear slightly different in photos Beach Access: Just steps away from the beach, where you can bask in the sun or take a leisurely stroll along the shore. Please note that you are visiting the surf capital of Philippines, and the beach has quite a few reefs especially during low tide. Proximity to Cloud 9: 10 min walk to the renowned Cloud 9 surf spot, a must-visit for surf enthusiasts. Suenos is in a prime location with beach access and 10 minutes stroll to the center of General Luna. Amenities: Fully Equipped: Although we are in a soft opening phase, our villa is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Internet: For our digital nomads, the villas are equipped with Starlink internet, ensuring a reliable and fast connection. Guest access The property manager will greet you upon arrival 😊 Other things to note The villa is situated in Tuason Point, where you'll find numerous restaurants and cafes within walking distance, as well as a convenient laundromat nearby. As our guests, please remember that our service differs from a hotel. We don't provide daily bed-making or towel changes, as you've chosen a home-like setting. However, you'll arrive to find a spotless property with beds made and fresh towels ready. Although we don't offer 24/7 assistance, we are committed to making your stay enjoyable. We will do our utmost to meet your needs and provide help when needed. Our team is always on hand to answer any questions and give recommendations to enhance your experience. Also please be considerate of the guests in the other villa by keeping the volume low after 9:00 PM, as this is a quiet neighborhood. Thank you for your understanding. Note: Power on the island fluctuates in the afternoon and sometimes random times during day and evening The pool water color changes due to the cogon roofing and surrounding plants during rainfall.
