As a result, you may occasionally hear some noise from the village atmosphere. The main living area is cooled and heated by a newly installed heat pump (efficient A/C in summer, heating in winter). There is also a window A/C unit upstairs in addition to the heat pump downstairs. On the hottest summer days the upper floor can still run a touch warmer than the main level, but the heat pump keeps the living space comfortable throughout. We have additional fans in the unit as well to help cool the place. Please also note, this building does not have an elevator, guests will be required to climb one flight of stairs to get to the unit entrance and within the unit there are three floors.
