If you want all the best eats - stay here! 🛏️ - Main floor - Master Bedroom (king) & Living Room (sofabed) & 1.5 baths. Upstairs - Loft area/2nd bedroom (king - with blackout curtain closure for privacy & light) & Third Bedroom (queen) & full bath & closet. 🚙 - Parking clearance is 6’8”. Our assigned parking is a great size for a vehicle up to a standard size SUV, and is checked in and out at the same time as the condo. Additional on site parkings may be possible via the conference conference centre parkade @ $33/24 hours. 🚴🏽‍♂️ - We have a shared bike storage room that you can lock up in at the parking level, it is code access for resident only access. 🎿 - Shared gear storage room at the parking level, it is code access for resident only access. Lift access for both Whistler & Blackcomb gondolas is SO convenient - it is just 1-2 mins walking. ⏰ - Early arrivals - guaranteed check-in is 4pm, feel free to let me know what time you will arrive to town, and if we finish early that day - I will send you a message letting you know, so you can check-in. 🧳 - We aren't able to store your bags - but there are off-site options available. There are lockers at the base of the mountain that you can book - pricing varies based on size & season. Ask me for the link! 🔥 - Cozy wood burning fireplace is available, however wood is not included. We can arrange delivery to the unit for an extra cost, contact us in advance for a quote and to schedule it for your stay. ☕️ - Drip coffee maker, French Press, grinder. 📺 - Living room - 60" ULED, with smart apps, Shaw Cable, and XBOX. Master Bedroom - 65" with smart apps, Shaw Cable. Second Bedroom/Loft - 55" with smart apps. Third Bedroom - 55" with smart apps. 💵 - What’s included? Our beds are outfitted with all linens. Bathroom amenities include towels, hair dryers, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, hand soap, lotion. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you will need to cook and serve a meal + extras like oil, spices, coffee, tea, dish soap, kitchen towels, and tablets for the dishwasher. The fridge has a built in ice maker. Other things to note 🧗🏼 The unit is on the third floor of a walk-up building. There is no elevator, and there is 2 flights of stairs between the stroll level and the apartment. 🤫 - Quiet hours for Whistler Village are 10pm-8am (strict), no parties at any time (strict), and hot tub hours are 8am-10pm (strict). The building may apply fines if you are not respectful of your neighbours, which you would be responsible to pay for. 🐾 Sorry - due to allergies of the host & cleaning staff, strictly no pets/animals are allowed here. 🧑🏼 - The person booking is to be at least 21 years old, exceptions may be granted for responsible young adults with prior experiences on Airbnb. 🗑 - Checkout requests - we try to keep it as simple as possible! We ask guests only to load & start the dishwasher, and remove any garbage down to the sorting room at the street level.
