Elegant apartment located on the ground floor of a historic building, situated in one of the most elegant areas of Bologna, just a few steps from the Two Towers, Santo Stefano Square (Sette Chiese), and the Margherita Gardens. You will be immersed in a spacious and elegant open space with two comfortable sofas from which you can watch the 38" Smart TV. The sofa on your left is also a sofa bed that can comfortably accommodate up to two guests. Within the open space, you will find an open kitchen complete with every comfort to enjoy every moment of the day (kettle with tea bags, coffee machine with pods, cutlery, pots, pans, etc.). The first door on your left leads to a hallway used as a laundry area that precedes the entrance to a comfortable total white bathroom complete with both a shower and a bathtub, as well as the usual sanitary ware and a sink. Inside the cabinet, you will find a hairdryer and a first aid kit. The bathroom is equipped with hand soap, shampoo, and shower gel. Returning to the living area, you will find on your left another door that opens to the sleeping area consisting of two double bedrooms. The first elegant room on the left consists of a double bed set against wallpaper that adds a touch of green to the environment, two bedside tables for your personal items, and an open wardrobe showroom style. The second suite on the right consists of a double bed set against a total white look structure, two vintage bedside tables with touch lamps, and a spacious wardrobe. Both rooms have windows, allowing them to receive natural light during the day. Each guest will find their own bathroom kit on the bed, complete with a bath towel, hand towel, and bidet towel. The entire apartment is air-conditioned, with heating and air conditioning, and also offers free Wi-Fi at 2.5 Gb/s (the fastest available) allowing you to browse, watch movies, work, and download large files at maximum speed.
