Tiny house on the edge of a forest

Enjoy the lovely setting of this spot in nature near the beautiful Lake Pierre Percée. Whether it's to recharge your batteries, hike, explore our beautiful region or simply for a moment suspended, you will enjoy the experience of living in a comfortable mini house. The experience continues in the hot tub and sauna from which you can observe the surrounding nature and offer yourself a moment of calm and relaxation. The space The Tiny House is a micro house, mounted on a trailer. Enjoying complete and quality equipment you can enjoy a mezzanine seating area with TV (+ access to Netflix service and others). The bedroom area benefits from quality bedding (160x200) and its own TV. Blackout curtains will help you isolate yourself from the light. The kitchen is equipped to prepare all meals (gas stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, Krups Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, kettle, citrus press...). On the second mezzanine accessible by a miller's ladder you will enjoy a relaxation area for reading / board games. For safety reasons related to the layout of the premises, the accommodation is not suitable for children. The water feature is equipped with a shower, dry toilet (user guide provided upon your arrival). Towels & Bedlinen are included In addition to the heating of the Tiny you can enjoy a flare thanks to a small wood burning stove (from mid November to mid April, wood is provided). A terrace with a dining area sits in front of the Tiny House. In the private grounds you can enjoy the spa and sauna (user guide provided upon your arrival). 5 minutes from the Tiny House you benefit from a supermarket, bakeries, a butcher shop, a laundromat, pharmacy, gas station, restaurants. The Tiny House, is located at the starting point of many hikes, Lake Pierre Percée is in the immediate vicinity. Center Parc, the Vosges, Alsace and its vineyard and many points of interest are quickly accessible by car. Guest access The last 300 meters to access the Tiny House are on a dirt road on which it is necessary to drive slowly. Other things to note A Tiny House is a micro dwelling (month of 20 m2), access to the mezzanines is via a small staircase for one, by a miller's ladder for the other. For safety reasons related to the layout of the premises, the accommodation is not suitable for children. The proximity to nature and its wildlife (you will have the opportunity to listen and maybe observe deer and other friends of the forest) reminds us that respect for the places and the environment are essential during your stay.
