Other things to note **PROPERTY RULES** No pets on the property. No smoking. No parties or events on the property. No loud noise or music after 11pm (quiet hours). The property and all linens are professionally cleaned after each guest. The condo is in a secure building requiring a building fob at the lobby entrance and has a keyless entry lock on the loft front door with a code that is changed after each guest. Lost or unreturned Fob will incur a $100.00 replacement fee. To meet the strict requirements imposed by the building Home Owners Association, we have added a video doorbell for compliance of noise and potential mis-use of the building and condo.
