Beloved RoseGarden is luxury in nature, close to the city. 3 floors and 300 m2 of beauty, space and privacy for 1-4 people. A paradise for nature lovers. The space You will sleep in the yellow or blue room on the middle floor. The yellow room has two beds that can also be used as a double bed (160cm). The blue room has a double bed (160cm). Linens and towels are included. The beds are made. Both rooms have their own refrigerator. Guests have their own toilet and their own new shower on the same floor as the room. The 80-square-meter spacious space on the third floor can be utilized for many uses. Guests can make breakfast on their own. Porridge flakes and coffee/tea are included. RoseGarden's honey is freely available. Other things to note Please note that the house is my home and I also live in the house, but I am away a lot - during the summer time in the garden. My bedroom is on the bottom floor. I share common spaces (living rooms, kitchen) with guests. I have another listing Villa RoseGarden where I rent the whole house without the host. Please note that the house is actually in nature and I recommend you to buy groceries in advance. The nearest shop is Kalajärvi K-market (6km). For long stays, a 27% discount onthe monthly price. Please take off your shoes indoors. Pets are provided with their own towel for paw drying and a dining platform. Please do not allow your pet to eat on the indoor carpets. Please note that my property is not a place for pets to urinate/defecate. The forest is nearby. The property is non-smoking. When smoking outside, butts are repaired in a separate container. Excessive consumption of alcohol is not allowed. If you invite your friends to visit, agree in advance. Only those who paid for the stay can stay overnight.
