Republica studio with balcony/hammock, metro

Do you know Largo do Arouche, an area already sung about by Ney Matogrosso and Criolo, an old charming area of the center, with restaurants and everything you are looking for, including flower stands in the square? We're right in front of it! A few steps from the Republica subway, which is on the same sidewalk/street as Arouche. The studio is complete - with an equipped kitchen, (stove, pots, dishes, microwave, refrigerator...), air conditioning, spacious balcony with a hammock and all amenities (rooftop pool, gym, laundry...) The space The studio is in a bohemian area, just minutes from Rua Augusta, in addition to many other bars or restaurants... The Republica subway station is a 2-minute walk away, as well as the square where there is a Latin fair on weekends. The space is 29 square meters, with a smart TV and great mattresses. We have accommodation for up to 5 people, with one double bed and 3 single beds. (The platform asks you to enter the correct number of guests in the consultation since the amounts are added). We have an induction Eletrolux glass-ceramic stove, which is electric and very powerful - also stainless steel pots for this, dishes, cutlery, spoons, glasses, wine glasses as well as the opener... On the corner there are some good and cheap juices as well as the shop with varieties or much more that you need... Everything can be done on foot, from the Italia terrace, to Avanhandava street, which is a suggestion for walking! Guest access You can use the rooftop/swimming pool, gym, laundry. In addition to the elevators or bicycle rack, of course. The apartment is all for the guest (there are no shared rooms inside the property), including the pleasant balcony:) only in the winter period until 10/19/2024 the pool will be closed for repair and may return before depending on the progress of the works Other things to note All guests' data will be requested in advance to complete the building's security registration. Visitors are not allowed unless we register them as guests, that is, if they pay. As for check-in, it is necessary to present at the entrance the document with photo already sent to us for verification (basic Brazilian security procedure). If you are staying with someone who would not like to share the double bed, we have other beds but we charge a one-time fee for maintaining the linen for this extra bed, as we do not charge for the second guest (or you can also bring it if you prefer)
