WE ARE ONLY ALLOWING REGISTERED GUESTS AND ZERO NON-REGISTERED GUESTS. AS PER CITY ORDINANCE PARTIES AND LARGE GATHERINGS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. FREE PARKING UP TO 2 CARS - NO ON-STREET PARKING.
