Guest access Access to the whole house, heated pool (Extra Amenity for an additional charge), and private fully fenced backyard. Other things to note There is an Electronic Lock on the Front Door. Guests will be asked to provide us with a unique 4 digit code prior to their arrival. This code will be programed to the front door. There will be a $35 fee if guest fails to checkout on time. Checkout is at 10am. The Salt Water Pool is HEATED during the colder months. -The price for heating the pool is $45.00 a day. Must be paid prior to check-in, with 48 hours notice, and is only available for the entirety of your stay. The pool is cleaned and serviced twice a week.The pool shark should not be removed from the pool. It is there to vacuum and keep the bottom clean. We DO NOT allow locals to rent our home. If you request to book we will kindly decline your request. MOSQUITOES: Depending on the time of year and mostly prevalent after dark. Please keep doors closed. Apply repellent. IGUANAS and WILD GREEN PARROTS: You may spot some Iguanas and Parrots around our Backyard Oasis - They're harmless local wildlife and part of the unique experience here! WE ARE ONLY ALLOWING REGISTERED GUESTS AND ZERO NON-REGISTERED GUESTS. AS PER CITY ORDINANCE PARTIES AND LARGE GATHERINGS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. FREE PARKING UP TO 2 CARS - NO ON-STREET PARKING. NOT FOLLOWING THESE RULES WILL RESULT IN A CANCELLATION OF YOUR RESERVATION AND REMOVAL FROM THE PROPERTY WITH NO REFUND DUE!
