Whether you're here for the beach, nature, or golf, our rental is the place for a relaxing, fun-filled time! Guest access Guests get the entire home to themselves! Other things to note No smoking of any kind (including marijuana & cigarettes) are allowed inside our home. If you do smoke in the home, a fee of $500 will be imposed for compensatory cleaning. No parties of any kind are allowed on premise. A fee of $3000 will be imposed for violating this rule. If additional guests are visiting the property, please let us know in advance as we do have a guest limit allowed in each unit per visit. No pets of any kind are allowed, except for service animals. A fee of $250 will be charged for any violations of this rule. When utilizing the pool area, no: diving, running, rough play or glass. Please see additional pool guidelines below: - Guests will use the pool facilities at their own risk - Guests who can’t swim need to be supervised - All children who visit the pool must be supervised at all times - Guests must inform the host immediately in case of a safety or maintenance issue relating to the pool or its equipment - Guest who booked home assumes responsibility to supervise all of their party to ensure they are following pool rules We are not responsible for any injuries/death or property lost/stolen.
