About the Location A 10-minute walk from JR Fujisawa Station. It is also just a 10-second walk from the "Higashibashi" bus stop on the Enoden bus route. Even with heavy luggage, taking the bus is convenient. You can access the area via JR, Odakyu, and Enoden lines. Nearby convenience stores and restaurants include: 7-Eleven: 210m, 3-minute walk Lawson: 210m, 3-minute walk About the Room The living room features a 4.5-tatami space with a sunken hearth (hori-gotatsu). The bedroom is a 6-tatami room where you will set up your own futon. Both rooms feature traditional tatami flooring. Enjoy the traditional Japanese style. There are items available for you to experience brewing sencha tea. You can brew the tea yourself and enjoy it along with traditional Japanese sweets. Additionally, the refrigerator is stocked with free drinks. (*Note: Drinks will not be replenished during extended stays.) Amenities and Supplies We provide toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body soap, disposable toothbrushes, towels, etc.) for each guest. Basic cooking utensils and tableware are provided. For hygiene reasons, we do not provide seasonings, so please bring your own if necessary. All rooms are non-smoking. There will be no cleaning or replenishment of consumables during your stay. For long-term stays, please replenish items as needed. Guest access This accommodation is a one-story house rental. No other guests will have access to the property. There is no curfew, so you can come and go freely at any time, 24 hours a day. Please be mindful of noise late at night, as the area is residential. Other things to note Please remove your shoes while inside the room. Also, as tatami is delicate, please avoid dragging your suitcase on the tatami. Additional Charges There is no additional charge for up to 2 guests, but for 3 or more guests, there will be an extra charge of 5,000 yen per adult per night (half price for elementary school children). We provide up to 4 futons, but if a small child does not need a futon, the accommodation can accommodate up to 5 guests. However, please note that it may feel cramped if 4 adults stay. Guest Registration In accordance with the Residential Accommodation Business Law, we require all guest information to be entered before check-in to create a guest registration list. We will send you a URL to access the information input site, so please follow the instructions to provide the required details. The information will only be provided to local governments and administrative bodies. We will not use or share your information with third parties. Passport information is required only for foreign nationals. For foreign residents in Japan, providing a residence card or other proof of address is acceptable instead of a passport. If you fail to submit the guest registration details, your reservation may be canceled. Also, please note that false information may be reported to the police or relevant authorities. Strict Policy Regarding Guests Only those listed in the reservation and the guest registration are allowed to enter the accommodation. Temporary stays without an overnight stay are prohibited, so please ensure that the number of guests is correct when making your reservation.
