"J studio Oarai" is a private studio with a view of the Pacific Ocean, located along the coast of northern Hokota City, Ibaraki Prefecture, next to Oarai Town. The large windows in the living room and the rooftop terrace offer views of the Pacific Ocean horizon. On sunny days, the sunrise and sunset are reflected on the sea, and the beautiful scenery spreads as if the road continues from the inn to the sea. We created this place because we wanted to offer a stay that combines "travel" and "retreat" for our family, who love exercise and travel. We have deliberately designed a compact living space to ensure a comfortable space for moving your body, such as aerial yoga, pilates, dance, stretching, hoops, and light strength training. That's why we made room for a retreat space to help you relax your mind and body. It is difficult to get a phone signal because it is by the sea. 7. About symbiosis with■ nature and renovation of old houses The facility is located in a coastal area rich in nature. Therefore, insects (ants, mantis, centipedes, etc.) and spiders live around the facility regardless of the season. We carefully check every cleaning and routine insect control, prevention, and measures, but unfortunately we can't completely prevent insects from entering. In addition, the sea is close, and it is an old house renovation property, so it may be bad to build windows and screen doors, but I hope you can enjoy a renovated property near the sea.
