My place is great for couples, families (with children), and big groups. The space This house has an amazing outdoor area and pool to relax and enjoy the beauty of the very lush garden and it is just a few minutes walking distance to the Guiones beach. This house is unique by being so close to everything but in the same time very private. It’s worth noting that the house only has air conditioning in the three bedrooms, not in the common living area, where there are only ceiling fans. Guest access The entire house rents per booking, no shared spaces, the house and whole space is very private. There are fences and walls around the house. Restaurants and grocery store are walking distance, North Guiones is one of the best areas of Guiones. Other things to note A note about Nosara: We look forward to helping you step back in time, relax and enjoy the Pura Vida of Costa Rica, and there are a few things to be aware of before your visit. While the infrastructure in Costa Rica is improving, it is highly likely that you will experience dust, bugs, mold, power, water and internet outages during your stay. We consider it part of the fun of experiencing another country and culture. These issues are beyond the control of the homeowner and management company and may come without advance notice. If internet access is imperative during your visit, we recommend researching internet data plans available through your cellular provider. Nosara is a rapidly growing community and many areas have construction noise, typically between 6am and 5pm. We do our best to update properties impacted by construction, but we are not always given advance notice of a project. At the moment, there is a new construction site 100 meters from the house. The septic system in Nosara does not permit flushing of toilet paper.
