Tiny bedroom close to 'Farol da Barra'

The apartment is in Jardim Apipema (Ondina), very close to the Waterfront and a 10-15 minute walk from Farol da Barra and Shopping Barra. In the vicinity there are great beaches, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment is quite spacious, ventilated, bright and clean. The room is small (7 m²) but has a private bathroom and is equipped with a double bed, ceiling fan and macaw — plus good quality pillows, bedding and towels. The space The room this listing refers to is ideal for those visiting the city for a few days and only need a place to rest. It is not suitable for those who are working from home, as the space is small (7m²) and does not have a work desk. The room is well equipped (good quality pillows, ceiling fan, blackout curtain), allowing guests to rest comfortably and peacefully. Extra towels are available. Access to the room is through the apartment's laundry room. Guest access All common areas of the apartment (living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and bathrooms) are available to guests during their stay. Also available for guests to use: Wi-Fi, refrigerator, stove, microwave, electric oven, air fryer, blender, juicer, mixer, pots and kitchen utensils, washing machine, clothesline, iron and ironing board. During your stay I've been hosting on Airbnb since 2017. People from over 40 different countries have stayed at my place. Besides Portuguese, I speak English fluently and a little French. I take great care of the house to ensure guests have the best experience possible. Other things to note I have four cats (Lina, Badu, Oscar, and Juliette). They are extremely gentle and get along with anyone.
