In the heart of the Marina Precinct, Salty Kisses @ The Ancora sits overlooking the peaceful neighbourhood with escarpment views to the east and Shellharbour Village to the west. Conveniently located, just a two minute stroll to the bustling waterfront, where you have a great choice of dining, specialty stores, Woolworths and a kids beach. Be prepared for your holiday mode to be fully activated and fondest memories certain to be created. Featuring 1 queen bed and 1 double Italian wall bed both fitted with beautiful quality linen, full kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with walk in shower, a/con, heating, private car space in the underground carpark and a large balcony perfect for sunset dinners and stargazing. The space: - Separate bedroom with queen sized bed ideal for a couple. Smart flat screen TV with Netflix. - Double sized Italian wall bed in the living area for bookings over two people. Ideal for couples or kids. This bed will be folded up for additional space for bookings of two and under. If this bed is required during your stay, ensure you book for the appropriate number of people during the booking process or get in contact with the host prior to arrival. -Block out blinds in master bedroom and privacy blinds in loungeroom. - Air conditioning and central heating throughout for all year comfort. - Apartment is located on the top floor over one spacious level with views towards the Escarpment and surrounding neighbourhood. - Floor to ceiling doors open up onto a large north facing balcony boasting two day beds and outdoor dining table. A perfect spot to soak up the sun, sunset skies and stargazing. - Private access from street or underground carpark. - One private and secure underground parking spot for guests and additional spaces for visitors including with lift access to the apartment. (Maximum vehicle height is 2.2M) - Full laundry facilities including washing machine and dryer whilst an ironing board, iron and clothes horse can be located in the master bedroom wardrobe. - 3 rooms including, bedroom bathroom and living. - Living area has a 2.5-seater fabric couch and 2 occasional fabric chairs with a smart flat screen TV - Beautifully appointed and equipped kitchen with integrated refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher. Fully equipped with brand new appliances including electric cooktop, oven, air fryer, toaster, kettle and all the necessary utensils. - Tea and coffee supplies are provided for your stay together with some pantry basics (salt, pepper and oil). - Kids essentials such as kids plates and cutlery, portacot and high chair can all be available upon request. - Small study nook that can be closed with a sliding door for privacy. If you need to catch up on work emails or just sit back and curl up with a book, this little space is the perfect spot. The floor to ceiling windows make for beautiful afternoon sun, or you can choose to pop the block out blinds down. - Generous sized bathroom with shower, hand wash, hair dryer, towels and storage for your bathroom supplies. - Dining room is open plan to the kitchen and living area and is equipped with dining table and 4 chairs. - Vacuum and dustpan located in the Laundry Cupboard. - You have full access to the stunning infinity pool with views expanding south across wetlands and east towards the Marina. Pool towels provided. You will locate the pool between Building A and B at the Ancora. - We have two adult bikes for guests to use upon request only. Please contact your host if you wish to take advantage of these. - For stays over 28 days, basic cleaning equipment and Koh cleaning products will be left inside the apartment to assist guests with maintenance of the space. We know you are going to absolutely love this space as much as we do! It is a perfect serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Guest access Guests will have access and use of the entire apartment including access to the 'residents only' infinity pool. All areas of the complex are accessed by key fob including the external gates from the eastern and western entrances. The Pool is located between Building A and B. You can access it by walking through the ground level of Building C or via the eastern and western external gates if entering from outside the Accommodation. You will have access to the secure underground carpark where you will find one private free dedicated car space and a number of visitor spaces. In addition, there is external free street parking. Restrictions: For bookings of two persons and under please be mindful, that the second bed will be folded up and locked for additional space during your stay. It is not to be utilised. If you require a second bed please book for the appropriate number of people staying or get in contact for further assistance. Guests will only have access to Block C of the Ancora Complex. Blocks A and B are not accessible. Guests will not have access to the storage container in the basement carpark behind spot 221. This is a locked cleaner container for the host.
