B&B on the farm - Villetta

If you want large spaces, you want to get away from the city routine and immerse yourself in nature by living on a farm, this house is for you. Two rooms available in a villa in a quiet and strategic location 20 minutes from Milan, 15 minutes from Linate and 30 minutes from Bergamo. The Villa Pompea metro stop to reach Milan is a 5-minute drive away. Breakfast and housekeeping are included! Free parking on the property, also suitable for bulky vehicles. The space The house is a two-story semi-detached house with a large garden and porch where you can have lunch or grill. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious room with a sofa and a smart TV with a Dolby surround sound system. A tastefully furnished kitchen complete with everything you need. There is also a small bathroom. Going up to the second floor you will find 3 rooms. One of mine and two available. The first one available is bright and has a balcony overlooking the farm. The room has a 160x200 double bed, two bedside tables, a space for storing items or clothes, a coat rack, and a smart TV. The second room is also bright and overlooks the farm. It has a king size bed 180x200, a desk, a smart TV, a bedside table and a wardrobe. Also on the second floor is a full private bathroom with a balcony overlooking the back of the house. A few meters from the house, there is a shed where you can park your car or a bulky vehicle (camper/van) or an uncovered parking space adjacent to the house. Guest access You can access the private garden of the house, use the outdoor porch to eat/drink/sunbathe and take walks inside the farm, paying attention to the moving tractors. During your stay During the day, I will be available for advice or needs by both message and call. Other things to note I will be present in the house occasionally to clean the shared spaces of the house. In the morning you can serve yourself breakfast with fresh milk from our farm, fresh eggs (depending on availability), tea, herbal teas, biscuits, cereals, bread, butter, jam, etc.
