Enjoy the peaceful setting in this garden level studio with a separate entrance and on site parking. Enter through the back garden to the private patio entrance. The studio includes a queen bed and love seat sitting area. The kitchenette is complete with a small frig, microwave, coffee maker and more to make your stay comfortable. Up on the hill over Montpelier our location is walkable to town and peaceful with a large back yard, firepit and woods beyond. The space This is our home and the guest suite is on the garden level with its own entrance and full privacy. It is closed off from our home upstairs but not locked off from our laundry and utility room. The pool is not accessible to guests. There was a a lovely back yard and firepit for your personal use. Guest access The pool is not accessible to guests. There is a lovely back yard and fire pit for your personal use. A stone lit path brings you to your private entrance. Other things to note The studio is full walk out garden level in our home with a private entrance and outdoor space. It is a one room studio space with a private bathroom. The kitchenette has a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and kettle but no stove.
