The space Living & Dining Spaces: The villa flows seamlessly from the entrance into the dining area, which comfortably seats four. Adjacent to the dining room, a well-equipped kitchen awaits, complete with basic appliances and utensils needed to whip up group-sized meals or indulge in your culinary creativity. The spacious living room is perfect for quiet nights in front of the TV or entertaining guests. Large doors open directly to the pool area, blending indoor and outdoor living for a serene and relaxed atmosphere. Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Ground Floor: The first bedroom is located on the ground floor, offering privacy and convenience with an ensuite modern bathroom and a spacious wardrobe. Another toilet is also conveniently located next to this bedroom. First Floor: The master bedroom is a luxurious retreat with breathtaking ocean views. It features an ensuite master bathroom with a bathtub overlooking the ocean, a double sink vanity, and a functional shower. Step out onto the spacious balcony for panoramic views and a refreshing ocean breeze. Third Bedroom: Adjacent to the master bedroom, the third bedroom offers its own modern bathroom and overlooks the charming streets of Fumba Town, providing a cozy yet elegant escape. Outdoor Oasis: The outdoor area is just as captivating as the interior. Take a dip in the inviting pool or rinse off in the outdoor shower. A beautifully landscaped garden next to the pool creates a peaceful spot for relaxation, perfect for lounging with a good book or soaking up the sun. With two separate seating areas, you’ll find an ideal spot to enjoy a drink, share a meal, or entertain guests in style. Guest access The property is fully opened to guests. Additionally Guests are free to use the community’s playground for children- (kwetu kwenu play), community swimming pool and library. The beach is only 6mins on foot and is visible from some rooms in the villa, however it is a mangrove beach in nature like the rest of stone town so not suitable for swimming, It is mostly used for fishing. But, The community has a cliff-front restaurant with a jetty into the ocean. Alot of guests swim & dive from this point. It has been cleared a-bit of the mangroves. Other things to note 1. We organise pick up & drop offs- mostly in a Toyota Alphard 7 seater. To/from the airport- $20 To/from the port- $20 Payable in USD/ equivalent local rate at time of trip. 2. Early check in or late checkout is subject to availability. Please book the day before supposed check in and or the day after supposed check out if you will have early/ very late travel itinerary to avoid being stressed. 3. For long term stays of 28days and more- All bills excluded. Kindly inquire. 4. Please note the pool area is slightly visible to our neighbours on the front of the property.
