Tucked away on a high floor, it offers absolute privacy, quiet nights, and a private balcony with beautiful views. 🌅 To make your stay flawless, we’ve included premium built-in AC, external blackout blinds, a vintage turntable with vinyls, and free secure garage parking. 🚗 Best of all? The metro is a 2-minute walk away, whisking you to the Old Town in 15 minutes! The space ☕ Welcome to our studio! We originally designed this place for our own friends and family when they came to visit us here in Prague. And yes, we personally spent nights here, cooked in the kitchen, and tested every detail before ever opening the door to guests. We wanted to create a space that feels like a deep breath the moment you walk in. If you’ve been looking at studios in Prague, you know they can sometimes feel a bit cramped or like a sterile hotel room. We spent a lot of time getting the proportions of this space just right—it’s not too big, not too small, and it has a wonderful, quiet privacy to it that makes it feel like your own romantic little hideaway. 🎨 The Space The studio gets beautiful morning sun, which is the absolute best time to put a record on the turntable (we left you a curation of our favorite vinyls from over the decades) and make a fresh coffee. You can step right out onto the balcony, enjoy the view, and plan your day. 🍳 We love to cook, so we refuse to have a bare kitchen. You don't need to buy a whole bottle of oil or bags of spices for a quick dinner—we’ve stocked the shelves with good olive oil, salt, pepper, fresh spices, coffee, and tea. There are even lunchboxes in the cupboards if you want to pack some snacks for your walks around the city. 🛏️ Comfort You’ll Actually Feel ❄️ Prague summers get incredibly hot, and a lot of buildings here don't have cooling. We put proper, built-in air conditioning in the studio, which works beautifully alongside our external blinds. When you close them, you get total, crisp darkness. Combined with the firm mattress on the King-size bed and premium linens from a local Czech brand called Lejaan, you will actually get a great night's sleep here. 🛁 For the practical things, we wanted to make your packing easy. The bathroom has a deep tub for soaking, plush bathrobes, and Rituals toiletries. There is also a washer-dryer with detergent ready to go, so you don't have to travel with a suitcase full of dirty laundry. 🚗 Getting Around & Our Neighborhood Logistics here are incredibly easy. You get a free, secure garage parking spot right inside the building (if you need a second one, just let us know and we can usually arrange it). 📍 We are located in a very safe, quiet residential neighborhood where you can actually hear yourself think. But you aren't isolated—the metro station is just a 2-minute walk from the front door, and from there, it takes exactly 15 minutes to get into the absolute center of Prague. 🤫 A Quick Note Because this is a real residential building where our neighbors and their kids live, we take the 10:00 PM nighttime peace very seriously. No parties or loud music are allowed—it’s a place to rest. Also, because of the delicate vintage turntable and the high-floor balcony, the studio is only suitable for adults and kids aged 6 and up. ✉️ If you appreciate good design, quiet nights, and a place that actually feels like a home, we would love to host you. If the form isn't completed before arrival, personal check-in will be required (we'll help you complete the form on-site) Personal check-in is available by appointment until 8pm on your arrival day.
