The space This thoughtfully renovated cabin combines respect for history with a love of nature and craftsmanship. 🎨 At the entrance, you’re welcomed by a stunning stone mosaic by artist Tereza Tartusa and a hand-crafted 3D artwork by Christoph Gilland. 🖼️ Inside, you'll find custom-made elements crafted from quality materials, including a large window with views into the forest. 🔥 Cozy warmth is provided by elegant white Jotul stoves, while you relax on a natural Japanese futon. 🎛️ For perfect sound, the cabin is equipped with Bowers & Wilkins hi-fi speakers and a subwoofer, connected to Spotify or Bluetooth. 🍳 The kitchen is not only practical but also a work of art: a modern concrete countertop and upcycled cabinets made from old historic doors by artist Aleš Černý. Coffee lovers can use a premium grinder with an Aeropress, or simply enjoy Nespresso capsules. 🚿 The bathroom, with underfloor heating and a rain shower, features a custom mirror by designer Eliška Montsportová, who also contributed a unique ceramic vase to the space. ✍️ The veranda with a romantic table made from reclaimed beams is perfect for journaling or deep reflection — or for remote work, thanks to a hidden Dell monitor that slides out at the touch of a button. Mobile signal and Wi-Fi are, of course, available. 🧖 The highlight of the entire experience is a private wood-fired sauna. From inside, you can enjoy a serene view through a frameless window into the greenery, while the fire quietly crackles in the Estonian HUUM stove. After warming up, step outside and dive into the refreshing pond fed by the stream. To finish, rinse off in a garden shower, discreetly hidden inside a tree. Guest access In addition to having the entire cabin to yourself, you also have almost the entire valley of the stream. You can hear the soothing sound of the waterfall even from the bed. For cold water enthusiasts, there’s a natural swimming pond in the stream with a swimming section up to 150 cm deep. The valley extends another 70 meters to a second waterfall. Behind the cabin, there’s a small garden with outdoor seating and a fire pit. Although the cabin is located in the easily accessible village of Štěchovice near Prague, it is not in a settlement, and no one can see the cabin, ensuring privacy. The nearest cabin opposite is uninhabited.
