Guest access Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire condo and its amenities. This includes all 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the kitchen, the game room & the outdoor deck. Other things to note Important Notes for Your Stay: • No Garage Parking- Garage access is not available during your stay—ample driveway parking is provided. • Signed Lease Required- To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required. • A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property. • Early Check-In / Late Check-Out- Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (12 PM) and late check-out (2 PM) are available for a $150 per request—subject to availability. • No Events or Weddings- We love a good celebration, but for the comfort of all guests and neighbors, events and weddings are not permitted. • Dog-Friendly with Fee- Bringing your pup? We welcome up to two dogs with a $150 fee per dog. Just let us know in advance! • Lake Levels May Vary- Water levels on Lake Norman can fluctuate daily and are outside of our control. • Community pool is only available during pool season May 3rd - September 15th.
