While there is ample room for everyone to stay, please note there isn’t a single indoor space designed to seat all 16 guests at once. Instead, the home offers several inviting areas to spread out and gather: a bright living/dining room for group meals or games, a spacious downstairs game room, a large wrap-around porch with a dining table and multiple benches (perfect for summer evenings), a generous fire-pit area with yard games, and a hot tub that accommodates six at a time. There is an extra charge of $10 per additional guest per night. Up to 16 total guests total - including children. ✹ PETS: A maximum of three pets are permitted. The Pet fee is $180 for the first pet and $150 for the second pet and $120 for the third pet. If you bring 2 or 3 pets, let us know as Airbnb's system only allows us to charge for one pet automatically so we will have to send a request to pay those fees. Please note that pets are not allowed on furniture or beds.
