Cottage Velká Javorská

Discover the forgotten foothills of the Bohemian Uplands with a wild past and stay in the picturesque village of Velká Javorská. Our family has fulfilled its dream by renovating this cottage, which we would like to share with you. We often stay in the cottage, so we also try to make it as comfortable as possible and feel at home here. For children, there is a children's room in the attic so that parents can enjoy a draft beer in our bar. There is also a Finnish sauna and a large outdoor swimming pool. The space There are four rooms available in the cottage, in which there are large beds, so even a higher number of people can sleep here than is indicated in the description for specific rooms. 20 people can sleep here in complete comfort, but if you are modest, we will be happy to prepare more quilts and pillows for you. Therefore, do not hesitate to contact us with your special requirements. Each room has blackout curtains to ensure you enjoy the longest possible rest. There is wifi, sauna and a large swimming pool throughout the house Other things to note The price always includes rent for the entire property (except for a locked private room) regardless of the number of people. The price of accommodation does not include the cost of electricity, which is settled by reading the electricity meter in the technical room. When booking, it is necessary to pay a deposit of 15% of the total amount, from which the electricity bill and the damage caused are deducted. The rate is 10 CZK/1kwh The price includes all tourist and local fees, water/sewage costs and parking fees. Parking is available for two cars right in front of the cottage and the rest in the parking lot 100 m from the house.
