It’s a beautiful place nestled in lush green tea plantations, away from the noises of the city. This is the right place for people who likes waking to the musical sound of birds .Highlight of the property is the lovely stream which you can enjoy from the balcony or people who likes trekking can take a nature walk to the stream. *Breakfast ,Lunch, Dinner, live BBQ and campfire can be arranged at additional cost. The space It's a homestay with 2 king size spacious bedrooms with balconies from which you can enjoy the view of mountain and a stream, attached spacious toilets with geysers, living room,outdoor dining rooms and a kitchen. Property is situated at a place called Ladrum Estate which is just 4 kms away from National highway 183. There is no off road and you can reach the property in 10 mins from old pambanar junction. Property is situated at 3,002 ft above sea level in the Western Ghats (Sahyadri). At times, inside the property we have seen wild rabbits 🐇(during night)barking deer 🦌,wild chicken also know Red jungle fowl🐔 and different varieties of birds 🐦(earlymorning).All of these animals are harmless and if you are lucky you can see them during your stay. Guest access Entire property .Tea plantation walk,Access to the stream. Guests will have access to kitchen too and free to self- cook.Alternatively food can be arranged from nearby good restaurants at additional cost. Tea powder, sugar available in the kitchen. Guests can use it to prepare black tea for free. Other things to note Experience Al Fresco dining and bond over a fiery Peri peri BBQ and bonfire with loved ones. We can arrange live chicken BBQ,campfire if you can inform us prior to check-in . BBQ cost for 2 kg chicken (7 to 8 pieces), 1 plate green salad, Mayonnaise-1300 Rs. Campfire cost(Duration would be between 1 to 1.5 hours -500 Rs Please note that campfire can be arranged only if the weather conditions are favourable. Incase of power outage, we have an inverter back up which can support lights,fans for up to 10 hrs depending on the load on the inverter.Geyser will not work during power outage and will function normally when the main supply is on.
