This beautiful three bedroom home at the private community of Capo Beach has everything you need for an unforgettable vacation or short stay🌊🏄🏝️ The space This beautiful home boasts one of the most spectacular oceanfront views around, right on the sand. This lower home has one of the most *private* oceanfront decks on Beach Rd. This home is completely independent, but attached unit . The secondary unit is located over the garage and unit A. Each has a separate entrance. To maintain privacy , guests in the secondary unit do not have access to the beachfront unit A through the sand . they are also not allowed to access the beach through the side of the house that leads to the beach . Enjoy fresh ocean breezes and a tranquil private experience that is unlike anywhere else in California . Be careful of the big rocks that are located by the stairs. They are unstable at times for we cannot control the ocean waves that come upon them and move them. Please be careful and use the stairs. Thank you Head out to the beach right out your front door and enjoy the lovely beach. Then rinse off all that sand at the outdoor shower. This is the lower unit A of the house with your own private entrance. You have 2 parking spaces at the home. Each bedroom suite has its own full bathroom with bidet and heated towel bars . One bedroom is outfitted with a king size bed and sitting area/computer workstation-another bedroom has a queen bed and computer workstation. All the bedrooms have TVs. This home is family friendly with a pack-n-play crib. The kids bedroom has full-size double bunk beds with pull out trundle beds below that sleeps 8. As the tide changes (low/high tide), so does the sand availability in front. Be careful of the rocks the tide changes them and moves them. Two electric beach cruiser bicycles are available to rent. Please message me for details. We provide beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, surfboard. The home is a short drive to world class dining, great hiking trails, Dana Point Harbor, San Clemente Pier, historic San Juan Capistrano, and much more! This gated community is quiet and private and we expect our guests to adhere to house rules and community noise violations/rules. No smoking or vaping inside the house. Guest access Guest access Once scheduled, you will have access to this gated community to come and go as you please. No unregistered overnight guests. The home has 2 designated parking spaces as well as free nearby public parking next to our community. Other things to note Amtrak runs along the active railroad track on the opposite side of Beach Rd & Pacific Coast Hwy but is brief and considered to be low noise level. *Home is the lower "on the sand" home of duplex house. *Pets are allowed / no more than two. *No subletting. *No garage use. *No smoking/vaping on entire premises $2500 fine *Strict quiet time 10pm-8am. *We encourage travel insurance by 3rd party (i.e. InsureMyTrip) for trip cancellation No inside or private area cameras. For your safety and safety of the home when unoccupied, there are 2 outdoor, shared space cameras: front door and shared space overlooking the beach. NONE inside home.
