We ask that guests be respectful of our neighbors and not to impede on their sandy area or use their furniture/beach toys. Guests are welcome to walk down the stairs to the ocean and walk the length of the community on the beach. Other things to note Beach Road is a quiet, family oriented community. There are no events and we kindly ask that guests are respectful of all of our neighbors in regards to noise and their property. Only 2 vehicles are allowed within the gates at any point, whether you have other guests just visiting for the day or staying overnight. Additional vehicles can park outside of the gates and walk or be shuttled in. If renting for more than 30 days, additional vehicles can park within the gates. No more than 12 guests are allowed at the property at any point.
