This recently remodeled original Mid Century bungalow features approximately 2,738 square feet of light open concept design. Nestled behind the community’s guarded entry gates on Beach Road, this expansive home has one of the best locations in the neighborhood, with an extra-deep lot boasting an ample level beach area and a large on-the-sand patio with fire pit and louvered cover. Both floors of the five-bedroom, three-bath residence showcase astounding Pacific Ocean, whitewater, beach, Catalina Island and sunset views–some of the best oceanfront views in all of Southern California. The Space:  Entry- Expansive solarium style bonus area with floor to ceiling windows and two smaller tables and chairs for children.  Living Room- Spacious couch, TV, stone fireplace with marble hearth and accordion doors that lead to the patio Kitchen- Equipped and stocked kitchen including stainless steel GE Monogram appliances, a built-in refrigerator, quartz countertops, a waterfall-edge peninsula, white Shaker cabinetry and a full tile backsplash. Walk in shower with dual sinks  Garage- There is room to park one vehicle along with an exercise area with weights, plenty of bikes, skateboards, kids toys and even a 4 person family bike.  ***Only two vehicles will be allowed through the gate for this address per Community and City Rules as well as a maximum of 12 persons at any time. Additional vehicles can park outside of the gates and guests can walk or be shuttled in. It is about a 7 minute walk from outside the gates. If renting more than 30 days, additional vehicles can park within the gates. Certain vehicles will also not be permitted in the community including RVs, party buses, caterers, etc.  The vehicle and guest limit also applies to photographers as well as hair and make up artists. There will be train noise periodically. Dana Point Permit #STR24-0030 Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home as well as the garage and the sandy area directly in front of the patio. We ask that guests be respectful of our neighbors and not to impede on their sandy area or use their furniture/beach toys. Guests are welcome to walk down the stairs to the ocean and walk the length of the community on the beach. Other things to note Beach Road is a quiet, family oriented community. There are no events and we kindly ask that guests are respectful of all of our neighbors in regards to noise and their property. Only 2 vehicles are allowed within the gates at any point, whether you have other guests just visiting for the day or staying overnight. Additional vehicles can park outside of the gates and walk or be shuttled in. If renting for more than 30 days, additional vehicles can park within the gates. No more than 12 guests are allowed at the property at any point.
