Other things to note 🛏️ Extra Bed: A queen-size inflatable bed is available and stored in the garage (bin on shelf). 🔒 Security: The property has 3 exterior Ring cameras for safety (outdoor areas only—no cameras inside). 🛋️ Furniture: Please keep all furniture in its original placement to maintain the home and prevent damage. 🚭 No Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted inside the home or garage. 🏊 Pool Service: Routine pool maintenance takes place Thursdays around noon. 🌿 Garden Service: Landscaping service occurs every other Wednesday.
