The Art Cottage, Kommetjie

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This beautiful and tranquil art filled studio, only 150m walk from the famous Longbeach in Kommetjie, is perfect for a get-away from the hustle and bustle of the city to enjoy one of the best surf spots in the world, surrounded by magnificent views, long beach walks, icy dips in the ocean and the best coffee at our local coffee spot. Here guests become frequent visitors after experiencing the magic of life in Kommetjie. The space The cottage is situated on the host's property. It is completely private with separate parking and entrance. The cottage consists of a bedroom area with queen bed, tv and a couch. Three steps down to the living area/dining area and fully equipped kitchen with stovetop, air fryer, microwave and fridge/freezer. A coffee station to the one side with Nespresso machine and ample storage for food etc. There is a separate bathroom with basin, toilet and shower. Loadshedding will not be a problem as we have an inverter and solar panels. On the patio you will find a stainless steel braai for an afternoon barbeque, with table and chairs. A surfboard rack and outdoor shower is available and the cupboard holds a washing machine. You would also have your own little outside garden area. Other things to note No Loadshedding
