Well thought of layout, private patio, & all the amenities it comes with, Lupita is perfect for 1 or 2 people. For stays of 7-8 weeks or longer, we require that the home be cleaned every 3-4 weeks. This will be an additional charge of $150 per cleaning to be applied after booking. This home is cleaned with non-toxic & scent free cleaning products. Professionally managed by Fiorina Properties The space Living room: Couch is a pull out that is almost as, or even more comfortable than the bed. Fast internet and a dedicated work space. Washer and dryer is in a closet in the living room. Kitchen: is small but has enough counter top space, shelving and many amenities. Basic cooking supplies are provided. Salt, pepper, other spices. Cooking oils. Sugar and a bag of New Mexico Piñon coffee. Bedroom: has a skylight with a blind that you can open or close. Bedroom also has a door that leads to the private outdoor patio.
