Guest access This whole one-bedroom condo is for guests, you can access everything in the home. On 2nd floor, we have an outdoor patio guests can access. Our build has a lot more good amenities like gym, yoga room, dining/gaming/studying room etc, but at this time, it's closed but will open soon and I will keep updated to the latest information. Other things to note Note: There is cleaning fees and management fees. These will be paid to my Co-host and cleaning person to help make the home ready, if I am not around, my co-host will wait to give guest keys for access, that's why we have this additional fees. Check-in and check-out time can be flexible, depending on guest need and early luggage drop-off is available too. Well-trained pet is welcome too, if you bring a pet, please send me an inquiry first, and there will be additional fees for pet stay as we have extra cleaning to do. Kids are welcome too, although I don't baby special crib etc, but this place is very safe and family-friendly. Another important note is: Due to constant changing short-term regulation, currently this home is legally available for minimum 90 days. However, since Airbnb and short-term rental overall is a sensitive topic in the city, whoever stays here will be considered as medium to long term stay for minimum 90 days, thank you for your understanding. Also the original picture with a flower is outdated, the flower have died and some bedding sheet color is subject to change too, I usually have several stock for changes. As guests now stay longer, I don't always provider consumable products like coffee or shampoo etc. usually there are some stock, but not guaranteed for 3 months, thank you!
