You cannot take the equipment out of the room. 3. No smoking, including e-cigarettes, in all spaces in the building. 4. No burners or fireplaces inside the party room due to fire hazard. 5. One CCTV is installed at the entrance of the hallway and one in the room for security, indoor personnel identification, and entry/exit time. Please do not cover or touch the CCTV. 6. Various bowls, wine glasses, cups, etc. are in the sink, so you can use them freely. Please wash the dishes after use. 7. The underbar party room is not an accommodation business, so accommodation supplies such as bedding and toothbrushes are not provided. 8. This is a commitment between the guest and us for the use of the space as an operating system for facility maintenance and management costs. If there is no problem, we will visit the management car to check the space and return the deposit.
