Your bedroom has all new furniture including: Queen size 14" Latex hybrid medium firm mattress, Queen storage bed with four drawers, Six drawer dresser, Two drawer nightstand, Computer Desk with rolling chair, Roku 50" 4k Smart TV, Sling TV, Mini Fridge, Iron with ironing board, First aid kit, Fire Extinguisher, Fire Alarm & Carbon Monoxide detector, Alarm clock, 3 in 1 phone charger cord, Closet with hangers, Lamp, Swing Fan, & Garbage can. You will have full access to the bathroom which may be shared with other housemates. Shared areas include: Living room with large plush sectional, 75" Samsung 4k TV, Counter Height dining room table with 6 stools, kitchen with island, Sofa, and Counter Height storage table. Hot tub is also available to use. BBQ, outdoor table and chairs, outdoor patio furniture, Outdoor heater, Ashtrays, Weight set, Blackjack poker table, Hammock and more. Guest access Guest have access to bathroom, living room, kitchen, hot tub, outdoor furniture, backyard and BBQ. No guest access allowed in Garage, Pump House, Lean-to, and Master Bedroom. I also have a roommate that lives in a separate dwelling on site. He sometimes uses the restroom and kitchen. Other things to note I live here with my elderly cat London. She is 10 years old and is a inside cat. Please don't let her outside. I can arrange for her to be put in another room if you don't like cats. Furniture is cleaned and cat is not allowed inside the guest rooms. I do have a roommate Greg that lives in a separate dwelling. He only comes inside to use the kitchen and restroom.
