Sobótka settlement

Osada Sobótka is a place created from a passion to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and celebrate the beauty of nature. Wanting to share this passion with others, we have created an oasis of peace among fields and forests, in close proximity to a picturesque lake. A perfect place for a romantic weekend, a trip with family or friends. The surrounding nature encourages active recreation – walks, bike trips. In the evenings, you can light a fire under the stars and enjoy the peace and quiet. The space Below I have prepared some tips and instructions regarding the Settlement 😊 The gate is opened with a remote control - the upper button opens and closes the gate (the lower button opens 1.5 meters to exit on foot - gate mode). Of course, you can press the button at any time to stop the gate. The cottage has a bottom and top lock that opens with one key, which is included 😉 in the cottage, are all the necessary kitchen utensils (cutlery, pots, glasses, etc.) There is also a welcome set, 4 waters, jams with honey, local tomato juices and 6 eggs (of course without extra charge).😊 As for the jacuzzi, it can be turned on and the water will be ready in about 3 hours (30-35 degrees). Just 4-5 pieces of wood from a smaller box (located at the cottage) every 20-30 minutes. Wood is also included in the price (the burner is in the cabinet next to the fridge). Of course, we only open the lid when entering the inside - otherwise it cools down quickly and soot can get in from the chimney. The filter system also works automatically - we do not move the switch on the box (only the silver switches for the nozzles and lights). The sauna is electrically heated, there are two knobs - the left controls the power and the right the length of heating (blue background 1-4h). Sauna and jacuzzi, of course, without shoes (we leave them on the tiles). The shower in winter due to the negative temperatures is disconnected. 😊 From experience, the power of the sauna is best at 80-90% and about 1.5 hours and inside it will be about 80-85 degrees. 😉 Behind the sauna there is a chest with pillows for the armchairs (gray) and for the campfire (black) - there is also a cauldron for the campfire and you can use it. The cottage has wifi, so you can log in to your water platforms. In the kitchen, there is a bluetooth radio and LEDs under the cabinets that are switched on by touching them (just touch the bottom under the middle cabinet). I had a lot of questions about where to buy local honey, so I left the honey in the cabinet next to the TV - you can buy it for €7 a piece and just leave the amount deducted. Remote control LED fireplace and mezzanine bed (fireplace has several colors and 5 flame intensities) 😊 Inside electric floor heating (you can increase the temperature with the plus button and there are 3 thermostats) 😉 remote control from the air conditioning is at the top - it can also work as heating. There is a trash can next to the concrete flowerpot (from left - glass, plastic/metal and paper). Mixed garbage is in the bin between the house and the jacuzzi, while bio please put in the composter at the tool house (right rear corner of the plot). The boxes have "staples" and a request to use them, strong wind can damage the covers. The axe is behind the big box with firewood.
