Newly Renovated in Old Northeast

Come experience life in one of the best neighborhoods in all of Florida, just a 10min walk to downtown St Petersburg.. This newly renovated Old Northeast stunner is a 1 bed 1bath apartment on the 1st floor of a 100+ year old building that used to be a general store! You'll love the screened-in private porch, all new landscaping (installed Jan of 2024). Laundry is shared, but is free and on-site. There's parking available in the streets to the north, south, and east of the apartment. The space We were thinking "bright and airy" with new-england inspiration for this 1-bed apartment as it was designed for my mother to enjoy when the weather up north gets too cold :) The furniture is a mixture of Article, West Elm, flea-market-finds and Homegoods. (my wife really enjoyed putting this space together!). The kitchen should have anything you need to cook just about any meal, and we're open to special suggestions that we could deliver from Target or Amazon if the request is reasonable. The kitchen has 3 bar seats, all new appliances, and quality pots and pans, and many cooking utensils. We also have a small TV that is best positioned on the kitchen island counter, or on the small table next to the bar seats. The small sitting area has two chairs and a table for doing work, eating a meal, or just relaxing with company. A pantry is located just off the kitchen for storage of extra items, cleaning supplies, food, etc. The living room is open to the kitchen, and as you walk through the space you can exit out into the private screened-in patio/porch. (photos to come) which has 2 comfy rattan chairs and side tables for your cocktails and a book to read as you enjoy a quiet evening. There's two ceiling fans as well. Off the living room is the bedroom, with a queen sized bed, and side tables. A TV on the wall, dresser, and small, but well designed closet with built-in's for extra clothing storage. The bathroom has a flat entry for those with some mobility restrictions, (as well as the entry into the home, very easy with minimal step-up into the home). The tile, vanity, shower, and toilet are all new with the renovation in 2023. A small common laundry is off the back of the apartment which is shared with the apartment on the top floor. A washer/dryer is free for use. We also have a small dog-run, or fenced in area with small crushed stones for fido to take a quick relief if you don't feel like going for a walk. Please just make sure when you leave, to bag up and place the in the trash. Guest access You will have full access to the entire apartment without any other guests, this is a private apartment. We do not have dedicated parking, but sometimes can provide a dedicated spot in the small parking pad for the right reservation.
