Enjoy the full kitchen on the main level, well-stocked with all the necessary appliances, pots & pans, and cooking essentials. There is a Living/Family room on each level for your convenience. Two queen-size air mattresses (stored in the bedroom closet) provide additional sleeping space. The sofa in the upstairs living room turns into a comfy queen bed for two if needed. ** OPTIONAL SEPARATE BASEMENT APARTMENT ** There is a separate 2BR/1BA independent apartment in the basement, which you may rent with this listing (message us if you want to add it). This apartment has a separate entrance and is fully independent of the 4BR home upstairs. Another guest may book it. You'll only share the backyard with them. *** GAME & EXCERCISE ROOM **** Enjoy playing on our 5.5' pool table on the 2nd floor and a multi-game table (Hockey, Foosball..). Discover a dedicated workspace adorned with a 2-player video arcade game, board games, an exercise bike, yoga mats, and a walking/running pad. Indulge in moments of repose in your private rooftop deck area at the top level. ** EVENTS / GATHERINGS ** Please contact us before booking if you plan to host any event or gathering. We may allow small gatherings (birthday, graduation, baby shower, family dinner, etc.) on a case-by-case basis with prior approval. The basement has an independent 2BR unit with its own entrance that can be rented separately. Message us if you want to add this to your booking. You share the backyard with the basement unit (if rented). Other things to note In order to access the lake in the backyard, you have two options. Either walk down from the main-level deck to the backyard or follow the concrete pathway around the house to it. There you'll see a path going down to the lake. There is a full-size washer/dryer on the main level opposite the master bedroom. There is a pool table on the 2nd floor. The game room on the 3rd floor has a foosball table, a multi-game table, a video arcade, an exercise bike, and board games. You also access the rooftop deck from this room. The sofa in the 2nd-floor living room is a pull-out queen. There is also a pull-out queen sofa in the main-level living room. Extra pillows and sheets are available in the bedroom closet on each level. There are queen air mattresses in the bedroom closets for extra sleeping options. We don't allow parties or events.
