The space Newly renovated pool!!! We appreciate everyone’s patience during renovations. The property is attached to another unit. The owner lives next door and has access to the backyard and pool area but will not use the pool during your stay. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy the backyard including the pool. The areas are shared with the owner who lives next door. Other things to note Please disclose the accurate number overnight guests at the time of booking. Sleeping arrangements include one queen bed, one full size futon, and one queen air bed (available upon request for 3+ guests). Linens will be provided. Additional guests after 2 people are subject to an extra fee. If the number of guests exceed two people and it was not included in the reservation, I reserve the right to charge additional guest fee or cancel the reservation or both. Please include any pets at the time of booking. Pets are allowed subject to host approval and payment of the pet fee.
