The apartment is located in a private condominium which is great if you value calmness and safety. It's located on the 3rd floor which offers a beautiful view of the city with mountains. HS (40 Mbps) optical fiber INTERNET! Travelling for business purposes? or just need the whole family/friends to be online, always? It gets you cover! Loja's main bus station is 0.7 km from the condominium. A 7-minute taxi trip (1.50$) will take you to City's Gate or City center. Taxi picks you up at the door. The space 5 min from The UTPL. There is a park with a playground for your kids inside the condominium which means is safe for your kids. The apt has a smart TV with G00GLE TV device so you can enjoy streaming your TV shows, series and movies through your own accounts of Netflix, Youtube, Disney, etc. After a 15 minute walk, you arrive at the biggest and greenest park in Loja called Jipiro. The apt. has its own private and partially covered parking lot (capacity is 1 car). If you do not have a car the recommended means of transport is via taxi. Requesting a taxi is easy and safe by using an app called "Ktaxi" (the "Uber" of Loja). Guest access The whole apartment will be yours during your stay. However, bedrooms and beds will be prepared according to the number of guests your booking states. The condo has an enormous terrace 200 m2 with a bbq set you can use during your stay. Do not forget to enjoy a breathtaking view from there, specially at very early time of the day. Other things to note The condominium lays on an up-hill road, nice to walk down but not so nice to go up on foot (unless you like hiking and want to burn some calories).
