This property has been recently renovated and lovingly decorated. It has two comfortable bedrooms, one of which is an en-suite. The second bedroom has access to the social bathroom, which can also be accessed through the hallway – ideal for groups or families. We offer comfortable accommodations for up to 5 people, with an extra mattress or use of the living room sofa, which is quite comfortable. We will also be happy to recommend amazing places for you to visit in Recife and its surroundings Guest access Common areas are not part of our lodging offer. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy all the comfort of our apartment. Other things to note Welcome to our condominium! To ensure everyone's safety and peace of mind, only guests registered on Airbnb can access the condominium. We kindly ask that you send a photo ID and proof of residence before check-in so that we can release access to the passwords. Our condominium has an electronic gate and security cameras throughout the outdoor area, inside and outside the building. The apartment has a private garage, but as it is narrow and the entrance must be made in reverse, we thought of your comfort and also rented the parking space of apartment 103. That is, you will have two parking spaces at your disposal! If someone unauthorized enters the apartment without prior notice, a fine of R$ 400.00 will be applied. We kindly ask that you do not smoke inside the apartment. The smell can be impregnated in curtains, pillows, sheets and towels, which requires special cleaning. In addition, we receive many guests with allergies. Smoking on the balcony is allowed, and we leave an ashtray available. Our towels are white and delicate – we ask that they not be used to remove makeup, as this can cause permanent stains. In case of damage, an additional charge will be levied.
