After your relaxing bath, you will be greeted by our bed and bath towels. You will rest on a superior double mattress with our Beauty Home cotton sheets and in the morning you will be able to enjoy the coffee of your choice. Hope you enjoy your stay! The space The house has a bedroom with a double bed. However, in case there are 2 adults + child (8 years old and over) there is a sofa that becomes a bed. Also for guests who may want to prepare some meals there is an electric stove and all the necessary utensils. Guest access The apartment is on the 1st floor. You have the option to go by stairs or elevator. The district is called Nikaia and the house is in a very quiet neighborhood but also close to the main street of Venizelos, where there are bus stops and supermarkets. The center is 1.5 km away. Important clarification for parking your car, every Tuesday there is a flea market at our corner of Avydou and Askanias. Other things to note WiFi: The apartment after 11/15/2025 will have fiber internet by Cosmote Telecom. The contract has been processed and Cosmote fiber is in the process of being installed. Temporarily until 15/11/2025 there is Vodafone mobile broadband. A Tassimo machine is also available, but for a few days he will be off the kitchen counter because of service.
