The space This stylish and cozy cottage is perfect for your next desert escape! A two bedroom + one bathroom house near lakes, pools, and everything the resort has to offer. The living room features high ceilings, tons of natural light, mid-century modern design, and ample seating. The kitchen features full-size appliances, including a dishwasher. The main floor bedroom has a queen-size bed, and there is an additional queen-size bed located upstairs in the bonus loft space. Enjoy the patio with outdoor dining and BBQ for summer nights. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, as well as all resort amenities. Sky Valley Resort is the desert's best kept secret. Cottages, tiny houses and mid-century style manufactured homes meander around the lakes and trails. There are 13 natural mineral pools in addition to hiking trails, tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts. You'll find a farmer's market every Wednesday and a little market + café at the clubhouse (open seasonally). Resort amenities and access are included with your stay. The resort gate code and house lockbox code will be sent to you 24 hours prior to check-in. House key will be located in a lockbox near the front door. Other things to note Our home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before and after each guest group to ensure you have a safe experience. Sky Valley is a secure, gated community. You will be provided a gate code upon your arrival. Parking for one vehicle is available in the driveway. Additional guest parking is available and can be arranged at the clubhouse prior to your arrival.
