The accommodation is located on the ground floor of a new house built in 2023, consisting of two bedrooms with 160 cm beds, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a sofa bed (160 x 200 cm). The full southern exposure allows you to enjoy the sun for a good part of the day. Ideal for a small plancha or a spa with friends or family on the green space For entertainment, an arcade terminal with 2800 games is available, at no extra cost, in the accommodation. The space The accommodation is fully equipped: TV, dishwasher, washing machine, reversible air conditioning, fiber internet box, plancha, Senséo coffee machine, Sodastream gas machine. Other things to note The following linens are included in the rate: - one large and one small towel per person, - sheets, - one duvet cover and two pillowcases per bed, - a bath mat, - a dish towel. The beds will not be made, the linen is placed on the beds before your arrival. Cleaning is included in the rate, guests will be asked to wash and store the dishes, take out the garbage in the container that is located in front of the house, leave the kitchen clean as a whole as well as the plancha. Dirty sheets and towels will be placed in the shower.
