Spend your days hiking, on nearby Lake Chatuge, or exploring quaint mountain towns, and return to a tranquil private setting on a wooded lot. The space 3 levels, 2 bedroom, 3 bath. LOFT - master bedroom w/TV (king bed), ensuite bathroom. MAIN LEVEL - kitchen, living room w/TV, dining area, bedroom w/TV (king bed), bathroom, W/D, large screened porch. LOWER LEVEL - game room, bathroom, work desk area, combo pool table/air hockey, dart board, large screen TV/entertainment area, patio area with hot tub, bench swing, backyard. Many items (hot tub and settings, electronics, double-sided game table, dart board, firepit, etc.) may require supervision, including “shoes off” inside may be needed to keep from tracking dirt/debris/mud inside. 4WD/AWD - 4-Wheel Drive (4WD) or All-Wheel Drive (AWD) vehicles are RECOMMENDED on the 0.3 miles of gravel road that accesses the property. Do not spin your tires on the gravel road as it will cause rut/wash-boarding damage to the road.
