This 1920's remodeled home, located in the popular Ferry Street Bridge area at the center of Eugene, offers a well lit, clean, modern and inviting place to call home while visiting Eugene. The house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults. It has three bedrooms which include a master bedroom with a queen size bed and master bathroom, a second bedroom with a queen size bed and a third bedroom with a two twin beds. The house has a second full bathroom in addition to the master bathroom. The space The bathrooms are fully stocked with towels, soap, shampoo and other essentials. The house has a modern kitchen, two dining areas, family room, living room, laundry room (with washer and dryer). The kitchen is fully equipped with dishware, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, kitchen utensils and other essentials for those planning to cook at home. A pleasant, private outdoor space with plenty of seating is available for grilling or just relaxing with a cold drink. There are TV’s in the family room and master bedroom which are equipped with the Comcast Xfinity premium cable package. The televisions also allow guests to sign into their streaming accounts.
