Other things to note EXTERIOR MAINTENANCE: By booking this property, guests acknowledge that routine exterior maintenance such as landscaping, pool service, pest control, or yard upkeep may occasionally occur during daytime hours during their stay. Service providers may briefly access outdoor areas of the property to perform scheduled maintenance while working to minimize disruption to guests. POOL: The pool is solar heated. Additional pool heat can be turned on for an additional charge during the cooler season. Please message us if you’d like to arrange additional pool heat. Our professional pool technician services the pool every Sunday between 7:30 AM and 11:00 AM. The visit typically takes approximately 15–30 minutes or less. The technician may enter through the side gate to access the pool area and will work to minimize any disruption to guests. Optional Pool Heating Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee. • Cost: $100 per day • Minimum: 2-day minimum ($200) • Temperature: Heated to the high-70s to low-80s • Payment: Required in advance before heating is activated • Notice: Please request pool heating no later than the evening before arrival Once activated, the pool will be heated and maintained for the full duration requested. • Gas grill available • Charcoal grill available (guests provide charcoal) • Fire pit is natural gas and included with your stay We are located within walking distance to a grocery market and restaurants.
