POOL MAINTENANCE: Professional pool service visits every Sunday between 7:30 AM and 11:30 AM (typically 15–30 minutes). The technician may access the pool area via side gate. We work to minimize disruption, but please note this may occur during your stay. POOL HEATING: The pool is solar heated as standard. Optional gas heating is available for an additional $100/day (2-day minimum, $200). Heated to the high-70s to low-80s. Request heating by the evening before your arrival. EXTERIOR MAINTENANCE: Routine yard upkeep (landscaping, pool service, pest control) may occur during daytime hours. We schedule to minimize guest impact.
