Stunnin' Central Manhattan Apt

Hello future guest! When you step into this incredibly bright corner apartment, you'll be wowed by the sweeping panoramic views of many of Manhattan’s most famous landmark buildings. This is a newly renovated apartment with 10-foot floor-to-ceiling windows and central AC. This is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath apartment where I live in. You'll have everything you need to enjoy a comfortable, iconic stay - private bedroom and bathroom. We will be sharing the dining room, kitchen, living room & balcony. The space This apartment is in a doorman building with an elevator. It is in central Manhattan so there is some traffic noise during rush hour, but its really light as the apartment is on a high floor. Guest access Everything is a shared space except the main bedroom and bathroom (located in the bedroom). Otherwise, Kitchen, balcony, dining room, laundry, and half bath are all shared spaces. You'll have your own private bedroom (huge closet for hanging clothes and storage) and full bathroom (not located in the bedroom but a few steps down the hallway). During your stay We'll do a quick in-person check-in and tour. Happy to give recommendations! I will stay in my space and give you yours but always will be social in the shared spaces. Other things to note I will need name and a headshot of each person staying to add into the building system. This is a doorman building and is required for the safety of the building. It will also allow you to come and go freely without me.
