Stylish, modern ground floor apartment for couple/family with 1 or 2 children in A location near the center of Groningen. If you book our nice house, we assume you give our cats Bobbie and Koosje kibbles. In this home, everything is within walking distance: train station, shops, restaurants, museums and parks. The spacious house is in a friendly street and has a sunny garden. It has two bedrooms (double box spring) (1 bunk bed and 1 single bed), 1 bathroom, 2 toilets. The space Our house is from 1910 and has just been remodeled and modernized from head to toe, without it losing its grandeur. The living room is spacious and has high ceilings. There is a large table for working, eating or playing games. The seating area has the tastiest sofa in the world where you can watch TV and laze. There is a swing between the living room and kitchen! Also for adults 😊 The open kitchen (dishwasher, oven and electric stove) has a garden room with dining table. Through French doors you enter the garden (southeast facing) where the sun shines all day. At the end of the day, it's also nice to sit in front of the house at the picnic table. The master bedroom has a box spring of 2.10 by 1.60 meters. In the wardrobe, 1 closet is empty for guests. In the second bedroom, there is a high sleeper (2 m by 0.80 m) and a single bed of 2 m by 1 m. The bathroom has a washbasin, toilet and shower (regular shower and rain shower). There is an extra toilet in the hallway. Our cats Bobbie and Koosje are sweet and go in and out through the cat flap. They froze together, sleep together, and all they need from you is a daily bowl of kibbles. (They come to give cups by themselves❤️) Be welcome in this lovely house, against the city center. Around the corner is a bakery, on the other corner is the best pizzeria in the city. The supermarket is a 4-minute walk, the city center (with cafes, restaurants, museums, shops and terraces) is a 10-minute walk away. The Noorderplantsoen and the city park are green oases in the city and also those are nearby. In short, a place to stay!
