The Point

This stylish home is perfect for a single family or group trips. Our home, with the ocean air and direct waterfront access, will provide the restoration and relaxation you've been looking for on the coast of Maine. Our house boasts gorgeous views of the ocean throughout the home, with high ceilings, French doors and large windows with light pouring in. The kitchen/dining/living space share an open floor plan, ample comfortable seating in the living spaces and dining for at least 12. The space 1.5 acres on the water with full use of the beautifully landscaped property. Built on a tidal cove, this property allows you to experience some Maines most favorite traditions. At low tide, walk our shoreline and collect sea shells and catch crabs and find other ocean treasures. Watch lobsterman haul their traps while sitting on the deck. Enjoy sitting by the fire pit watching the sunset. Play corn hole, read a book relaxing on the hammock, just have a picnic on the rocks with the kids! Enjoy the evening roasting marshmallows over a bonfire. Our kids have enjoyed pitching a tent on the point to wake to the sounds of lobster boats and seagulls. This property allows adults and kids to have an authentic Maine experience all while never leaving this home! We have a fire pit and corn hole game for your use. (We allow your dog to company you on your vacation but you must get prior approval before booking. There is a pet fee to cover the cost of the additional cleaning needed between renters). Guest access We will text you the punch code the morning of check in. Other things to note No parties are permitted. No smoking or vaping in the house or on the property. Pet MAY be permitted with EXPRESSED PERMISSION FROM HOST ($150 for one dog, will consider 2 dogs for $250). No more than 2 dogs max are allowed if permission for dog(s) is given. (Adjustment of fee will be made for 2 dogs if permission is given). We do have specific requirements for having pets in our home and will share those with reservation inquiry.
